Responsibilities
Own end to end delivery of positions ranging from junior to senior hires
Work closely with hiring managers to truely understand business requirements
Provide market intelligence to the hiring team to ensure top talent is mapped out
Take ownership of delivery results ensuring positions are filled within a timely manner
Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders ensuring the recruitment process is compliant and ensuring top candidate experience
Involved in different recruitment projects such as mapping, business analysis, recruitment process and systems improvement
Work across different markets and timezone to support global hiring
Provide clear and structured recruitment report to demonstrate hiring progress
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in end to end recruitment
Strong stakeholder partnership experience
Ability to work across multiple business units
Experience in conducting in-depth mapping to identify top talent
Able to multi-task and juggle between different hiring priorities
Data driven and familiar with using hiring data matrix to highlight challenges and progress
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Relevant industry experience is preferred but not a must
